About us - TK's House, Sochi

TK's House is a family guest house and basically all the employees are members of our family. We offer a relaxing stay in cozy rooms without the hustle and bustle of the city, but with all the necessary infrastructure. To the sea 800m or 10-15min is not a quick step on a straight, flat road. Guest house "TK's House" is located in a quiet and cozy place, at the address Sochi, Lazarevsky district, Vardane village, 39A Molodezhnaya str. Not far from us is the village of Loo and the Anchor Gap microdistrict. When there is an opportunity, we are happy to spend time in communication with guests. We will often be around, literally "under the same roof" with you, and we will always be glad to communicate. And we will also help with everything we can during your vacation. Booking cancellation

There is no free cancellation. You can reschedule dates during the season.

Terms & Conditions

  • Prepayment-A deposit of 3000 RUB is charged to fix the reservation (not included in the price of accommodation, not refundable upon cancellation) and is refunded upon delivery of the room, in the absence of damage to property and loss.
  • We accept applications from 2 nights (there are exceptions).
  • We observe silence after 23:00.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the premises. Smoking is strictly allowed in designated areas.
  • Pets need to be coordinated.
  • Events and large companies need to be coordinated.
  • In common areas: there is a self-service rule, for example, in the kitchen: they cooked, ate, washed everything, cleaned and put it in places, wiped the table, left cleanliness and order behind them.
  • In common areas: there is a rule "not cleaned - lost" - what is not cleaned, left in plain sight can be regarded as a communal or garbage. For example: left toys, personal belongings, food unattended and unattended in plain sight - they can be used or thrown away.
